1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Easeful at tryeaseful.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

Easeful is an independently operated service. References to "Easeful", "we", "us", or "our" refer to this operator.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Easeful after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Easeful is a financial decision modeling application. It allows you to enter financial figures — such as income, expenses, savings, and debts — and explore how different decisions might affect your finances over time through illustrative projections.

Easeful is available under a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro subscription with expanded capabilities.

The accuracy of projections generated by Easeful depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. Easeful does not verify user-provided financial data.

3. Not Financial Advice

All projections generated by Easeful are illustrative estimates based solely on the figures you enter. They do not account for factors you have not provided, are not predictions of actual outcomes, and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Before making any significant financial decision — including but not limited to changing employment, taking on debt, making investments, or altering your living or financial arrangements — you should seek independent advice from qualified professionals, such as a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or attorney, who can consider your full individual circumstances.

Easeful is not regulated as a financial institution, investment firm, or advisory service in any jurisdiction. Easeful does not guarantee any financial outcomes, improvements, or results, and this application cannot be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision. You use Easeful entirely at your own discretion and risk.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of Easeful, you must create an account. You may register using an email address and password or by signing in with Google.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Easeful.

You may delete your account at any time from within the application settings. Account deletion permanently removes your associated data from our active systems.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Plans

Easeful offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The Pro plan is billed on a monthly basis in EUR.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise Easeful to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Easeful does not have access to your full payment card details and does not store them. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the Pro plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not terminate your current paid period. You will retain Pro access until the end of the billing period for which you have already been charged. After expiration, your account reverts to the free tier.

6.2 Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. This 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the first billing period only, for both monthly and annual plans.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your initial charge. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

After the 7-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges, but no refund will be issued for any already-paid billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Easeful only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service, other users, or our infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials comprising Easeful are the property of Easeful and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials.

The financial data you enter into Easeful remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Easeful available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the service, temporarily or permanently, at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Easeful is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the application will be accurate, complete, reliable, or free of errors. Financial projections are estimates only and may not reflect actual outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easeful and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, financial loss, or damages arising from your reliance on projections generated by the application.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the service at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you via email for significant changes.

Continued use of Easeful after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Force Majeure

Easeful shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, government actions, or failures of third-party service providers.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Easeful regarding the use of the service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of Easeful shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Croatia.

If you are a consumer located in the EU, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, which these Terms do not limit.
