Billing FAQ
How does billing work?
Easeful Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. You are charged once per billing cycle with no hidden fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees.
What happens after cancellation?
Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that your account moves to the Free plan.
Will I keep access until the end of the billing period?
Yes. Cancelling stops future charges but does not end your current paid period early.
Where can I manage my subscription?
You can manage your plan, update payment details, and view invoices directly from the billing section in your account settings.
Do I need to connect my bank account?
No. Easeful never asks for bank credentials or read access. You enter only the numbers you choose to share, nothing more.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge — no questions asked. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, though you can cancel anytime to stop future billing. To request a refund, email [email protected].
What payment methods are supported?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Most major credit and debit cards are supported depending on your region. Easeful does not store your full card details.
